With a spacious stainless steel work surface for slicing, dicing, assembling, mixing, and other food prep tasks, the unit comes without a backsplash so it can fit into your work area or slide underneath a counter.
This model also features four pull-out drawers with heavy-duty frames, 16 gauge slides, and acetal rollers for convenient cold storage. The top drawers can hold (1) 1/2 pan, (1) 1/3 pan, (1) 1/4 pan, and (1) 1/6 pan each. The bottom drawers will hold up to (1) 1/2 pan and (1) 1/3 pan. Each drawer is insulated to help keep the contents cold and has a removable gasket that ensures a tight seal.
This frozen unit is designed for outstanding durability to ensure that it withstands tough, busy kitchen environments with ease. It features a stainless steel exterior, which provides both strength and a smooth, sleek appearance. The interior is also made of stainless steel for the durability necessary for heavy, regular use.
This undercounter freezer ensures optimal performance by operating with a 1/3 hp refrigeration system that circulates environmentally-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain safe temperatures. This model has an innovative air flow design that helps to ensure even cooling in every part of the cabinet. Plus, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps to retain cold temperatures, which ensures that all food held in the unit remains at food safe temperatures and ready for preparation or direct service to customers! Includes 4″” casters, 2 with brakes. This undercounter freezer requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
