Our delivery and installation teams are not authorized to perform any modifications to the home;no carpentry, plumbing or electrical work. Any work that would exceed the included basic installation will require additional payment by you to the installer. For your convenience and while at your home, the installer will be able to determine if any additional work and or permits are needed that would exceed the included basic installation. You will always be given a quote before work starts. You will be responsible for direct payment to the installer for any work exceeding basic installation.

Delivery For most areas, delivery is available within 2-5 days of purchase. Some areas have longer delivery times due to distance and frequency of delivery to the area. Each GE appliance product page requires you to enter a delivery zip code. Once a valid delivery zip code is entered, the earliest available date in your area for product and delivery will be displayed. Please note: Your delivery date will not be secured until you select a date during checkout and complete your order. Basic Installation & Haul Away Installation is limited, can vary based upon your home and must comply with local codes, or in the absence of local codes, with the National Fuel Gas Code and the National Electric Code. It is your responsibility to verify existing electrical, water and gas connections, bring them up to compliance and empty & unplug your old appliance prior to delivery day. If you need help determining this prior to delivery day, please contact us at 1 (833) 7467 757. All electrical outlets, water and gas shut-off valves, and cabinetry must be available and compliant at the time of delivery to complete the installation of the appliance. Note: In some areas and due to local codes or laws, installation of gas appliances and dishwashers are handled as a separate appointment from delivery since a local licensed installer may be needed. During checkout you will be alerted to this and the delivery agent will schedule your installation when you receive your product. If proper electrical outlets, gas shut-off valves, water supply and shut-off valves, or venting sources are not available at the time of delivery, a complete installation will not be possible and delivery teams will not return. Delivery Agents are not licensed carpenters, plumbers or electricians. No modifications can be made to the home, countertops, walls, cabinetry or backsplash and we do not provide plumbing or electrical services. Commercial or built-in appliances cannot be installed, removed or hauled away.
Appliance Order Processing and Home Delivery Your delivery date will not be secured until you select a date during checkout and complete your order. Select a date with maximum flexibility and ensure you have provided the proper delivery day phone number. You will be contacted at that number via an automated voice-activated system between the afternoon and evening the day prior to your requested date to inform you of your projected 4-hour delivery window. If you are unavailable during the 4-hour window, please call 1 (833) 7467 757 for rescheduling options. An adult at least 18 years old, authorized to make decisions, must be present for delivery. On delivery day, you will also receive a phone call from the driver team 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home to notify you they are on their way. Delivery is subject to reasonable access to the area without damaging the property or the product, or jeopardizing the safety of the delivery team. You must take delivery within 30 days of contact from the delivery agent or your order will be cancelled and a refund processed to your original form of payment.
Delivery is not available to Montana, Wyoming, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Entry of your delivery zip code on the product details page is required in order to determine if delivery is available to your area.
