Keeping hot food hot during late night room service or tray service is a challenge, but this Delfield T2-1221H two stack heated mobile tray dispenser will keep 12″ x 21″ trays hot until right before meals are plated to help preserve food quality during delivery. This model uses convection heat and has a thermostat that can be adjusted from 150-170 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on your specific needs. Its 2″ of fiberglass insulation promotes better temperature retention as well.
This unit features an enclosed cabinet with a 16 gauge stainless steel top, 20 gauge stainless steel sides, and a 14 gauge stainless steel bottom to ensure that it will stand up to daily use in your hotel kitchen, nursing home, or high volume healthcare facility. This design keeps two stacks of 12″ x 21″ trays organized, secure, and sanitary until they are pulled from the dispenser by your staff.
This tray dispenser’s (4) 4″ swivel casters allow it to be easily maneuvered down hallways and around corners, while its corner bumpers protect your walls and the unit from damage in the event of accidental bumps. Plus, all of the casters come with a brake, so you can lock it into place when the trays are being dispensed.
The interior dispenser platform is made of 18 gauge stainless steel and can be removed when it’s time to clean the unit. In addition, the self-leveling mechanism that keeps trays dispensing smoothly can be field adjusted simply by adding or removing stainless steel extension springs from their location inside the elevator housing. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection.
