Our delivery and installation teams are not authorized to perform any modifications to the home;no carpentry, plumbing or electrical work. Any work that would exceed the included basic installation will require additional payment by you to the installer. For your convenience and while at your home, the installer will be able to determine if any additional work and or permits are needed that would exceed the included basic installation. You will always be given a quote before work starts. You will be responsible for direct payment to the installer for any work exceeding basic installation.

Delivery
**The estimated delivery time will be 1-2 weeks in most areas from the time of order. Some areas are subject to longer transit, delivery and scheduling times and will require an additional 2-3 weeks. Limited appliance hookup services and possible cancellation when outside our delivery zone. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the delivery agent.
Installation & Haul Away
- Delivery & installation can only occur at the time of your scheduled delivery appointment and must meet the installation requirements.
- Installation must comply with local codes, or in the absence of local codes, with the National Fuel Gas Code and the National Electric Code. Some state and local codes require certain
- appliance installations to be performed by licensed contractors (plumbers or electricians). In these areas, we will not be able to provide installation.
- Delivery is subject to reasonable access to the area without damaging the purchaser’s property or the product, or jeopardizing the safety of the delivery personnel.
- Recipients must be home at time of delivery.
Appliance Order Processing and Home Delivery
- Please confirm your phone number and ship-to address during the checkout process, as this information is used to contact you for delivery arrangements.
- Select your delivery date at checkout. If scheduling is not available during checkout, the carrier will contact you to set up an appointment with a delivery window.
- Delivery agents will make 2 attempts to contact you for delivery, which may occur before the stated delivery lead time above. If no response to these attempts is received, your order may be cancelled.
- Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email stating that RJP Wholesale has received your order.
- The night before your delivery appointment, approximately 6-9PM local time, you will receive an automated call from RJP Wholesale Logistics at the primary phone number listed on your order providing you with a two hour time window.
Delivery is available to Montana, Alaska*, Hawaii Puerto*. *Deliveries to Alaska or Puerto Rico do not include installation or haul-away. Locations outside of a regular delivery area may be restricted. Click to view restricted areas. To inquire about delivery to these areas, please contact customer. Delivery is not available to Wyoming.
If a disposal, recycling or e-waste fee or tax is applicable in your state, this will be applied to your order and collected at checkout.
